By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 1810 platform — including the website, mobile app, and related services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with any provision in this document, please stop using the platform immediately. 1810 reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Notice of changes will be communicated via the platform, and continued use after the effective date will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.
Users must be at least 18 years of age to use this platform. Registration or use by minors is strictly prohibited.
Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 1810 platform. Registration requires accurate, current, and complete information. Any false or misleading information provided during registration may result in account termination without prior notice.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account credentials. Any activity that occurs through your account — whether carried out by you or by any other party who gains access with or without your knowledge — is entirely your responsibility.
- Never share your password with anyone.
- Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared devices.
- Notify the 1810 support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
- Identity verification may be required before certain transactions or withdrawals are processed.
1810 reserves the right to request verification documents — such as a copy of your identity card or other supporting documents — at any time for compliance purposes.
User Responsibilities and Platform Usage Rules
Users agree to use the 1810 platform solely for lawful entertainment purposes. Any misuse of the platform — including but not limited to fraud, hacking, attempts to manipulate games or payment systems, use of unauthorised third-party software, and distribution of harmful content — is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
Users are also prohibited from:
- Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses or promotional offers more than once.
- Using a payment method that does not belong to you without the authorisation of the rightful owner.
- Engaging in any activity that violates Malaysian law while using this platform.
- Distributing content that is seditious, obscene, or disruptive to other users.
1810 reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity and take appropriate action, including suspending or closing the account in question.
Payment & Transaction Information
All transactions on the 1810 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits can be made via a range of local payment methods supported by the platform, including bank transfers and approved e-wallets.
All withdrawal requests are subject to an internal verification process. 1810 reserves the right to delay or withhold any transaction suspected of involving fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of the terms of use while an investigation is conducted.
- Minimum and maximum deposit limits are as stated in the user account section.
- Withdrawals may only be made to the same account or payment method used for the original deposit.
- 1810 is not liable for any transaction delays or failures caused by third parties such as banks or payment service providers.
- All bonus and promotional payments are subject to separate wagering requirements that must be met before any withdrawal is permitted.
Any transaction disputes must be reported to the 1810 support team within 14 days of the transaction date.

All content on the 1810 platform — including logos, text, graphics, software, interface designs, and brand names — is the exclusive property of 1810 and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any platform content without prior written consent from 1810.
Third-Party Links
The 1810 platform may contain links or references to third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any external websites or services. Accessing third-party links is entirely at the user's own risk.
Changes to Terms and Governing Law
1810 reserves the right to modify, add to, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via an in-platform notice. Continued use of the platform after any changes take effect will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from the use of the 1810 platform will be resolved in accordance with the jurisdiction of the relevant courts in Malaysia.
If any provision in this document is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, while the remainder of these terms will continue in full force and effect.
